Miss Louisa Lawson

louisa.lawson1@det.nsw.edu.au

"I think 'Awesome Lawson' is a fitting title for one of the very best young teachers that you will find across our state in public school classrooms. Louisa creates a classroom atmosphere that is so calm, so inspiring, so relevant, so stimulating, so engaging and soooo the place you want to be if you're a kid! If you're in KL you cannot help but learn... in style! Louisa brings many talents in her kit bag to CSPS including giftings in the arts, languages and debating. Who can forget her amazing result in 2013 as she took our very nervous Year 5 Debating Team from the cellar to the penthouse! Not only did they win the area competition but they made it right through to the Regional Grand Final! The extra time that Louisa gladly 'puts in' for our students here at CSPS requires a rather large calculator to assess. We are delighted that in 2016 the staffing 'gods' saw fit to appoint her permanently to CSPS."

Mrs Elise Mountford

elise.walker6@det.nsw.edu.au

Mrs Mountford the Magnificent! Mrs Mountford the Magician! Mrs Mountford the Marvellous! All just common terms you hear daily at CSPS. If I put all the kids in Mrs Mountford’s class as per requests from parents, we’d have a class of 194. Probably just a tad large for our current classrooms. Elise is one of those teachers who just gets it. Educating kids is just second nature to her. Throw in an ocean size tank of enthusiasm and passion and you have the ideal teacher! There is not one second of wasted time in Elise’s classroom and if I called her ‘super organised’ it would be a huge understatement. I love that she loves what she does!
