Athletics carnival

The Format

The Carnival is aimed at maximising participation and active involvement of all children K-6. There are 14 groups of children according to ages and gender, who will rotate through a series of 7 events that have been organised in ‘tabloid' format. The events include 100m, 200m, 800m, Long Jump, High Jump and Shot Putt. We also have a ball games break for all ages. Half an hour is allocated for each event. At the end of the day we have huge smiles and tired legs!
